Debbie - for all her work with the website.

Our Work Goes On
But we still have dogs on our appeals page. It would be nice if we could reduce the amount of dogs on the appeals page by rehoming them. So anyone out there who is able to offer a home to one of them please please contact us. Alternatively, any donations to their upkeep would be gratefully accepted.
Donations Page now Live
Our donations page is now completely up and running after we set up our bank account and Paypal account in order to take these donations. Please feel free to use this page to make donations directly to our bank account. There are 4 options for payments.
Foster Homes Urgenty Needed
We always need Foster Homes where we can place rescued dogs whilst we search for a permanent new home for them.
Until we are able to support the funding of a Dog Sanctuary we have to rely on the kind help offered to us by Foster Carers. If you feel you can help us please contact us.
What is our Mission ?
- Ensure the welfare of animals by providing practical care
- To overcome the pain and suffering previously endured, with kindness and understanding.
- To treat animals with respect and compassion.
- To be their voice.
- To allow animals to live their life without fear or exploitation
- To run a rehabilitation programme, which ensures that any animal leaving us will be well cared for and afforded the affection so desperately needed in order to thrive
- Although we primarily help dogs we can provide help and support in respect of cats but unfortunately we do not have the facilities or resources to take them in.
Thank You
We wish to thank everyone who helped our cause through 2007. In particular a special thanks for all your generosity either by money donations or Bric-a-Brac or attending our Boot Sale and the special events that were extremely well supported throughout the year
A special thanks must go to the vets who attended the animals that we rescue, in particular "Rita" at Quesada and "Javier" in Benimar. Also to Elaine and Laurence at Amber Lodge Boarding Kennels plus all our volunteers and helpers who work at the stall plus our foster carers, all without whom we could not function
Our gratitude to David at Churchill's Bar - San Luis for allowing us to hold our Boot Sale on his premises every second and fourth Sunday in the month.
For Ed Wallace and Suzy G with the other entertainers who gave their time freely and provided first class entertainment at our special events, we thank you
Finally, not forgetting Dee and the Ladies Line Dancing Club, The Sosistikats, Rita Walker and Pat Nobes. We managed to raise in excess of 30,000 Euros in 2007 but finished the year with a balance of 1,300 euros. All of the money was spent on the animals
Many abandoned dogs and cats are now in the lap of luxury thanks to all your efforts and we wish you all a happy and prosperous 2008. We look forward to receiving your continued support throughout this year too.

Emergency Contact: 965725794
In the event of an animal in severe distress through injury or abandonment please contact us.
Feeding an injured animal will help it survive but it will not relieve its pain and suffering. It must have veterinary care.
Please think twice before phoning the police about an animal you have found. The Police send the dogs to the local dog pounds where the conditions are horrific. The dogs are often left without water or food for days whilst they are queued for execution in a not very nice way. Ill animals are not given veterinary treatment. The dogs are not advertised for rehoming, nor any other steps taken. If you want more information on this go to www.brighteyes.dk.
