Feeding an injured animal will help it survive but it will not relieve its pain and suffering.  It must have veterinary care.

Please think twice before phoning the police about an animal you have found. The Police send the dogs to the local dog pounds where the conditions are horrific. The dogs are often left without water or food for days whilst they are queued for execution in a not very nice way. Ill animals are not given veterinary treatment. We always need Foster Homes where we can place rescued dogs whilst we search for a permanent new home for them. Until we are able to support the funding of a Dog Sanctuary we have to rely on the kind help offered to us by Foster Carers. If you feel you can help us please contact us.
