The lovely little Jack Russell was on his way to the dog pound, with just 10 days left to live.

Fortunately Animal Aid rescued him and is now desperately seeking a home for this adorable dog.

Foxy is about 8 years old and was found down on Guardamar beach, having been abandoned approx 3 weeks ago.

He has been wormed and de-fleaed, also his skin condition has been treated and is clearing nicely. He has a weak heart and also the start of cataracts.

He is totally adorable, just needs a quiet home to take it easy, he doesn't need much exercise just somewhere to live out his twilight years. He has not been castrated and cannot be, due to the heart condition.

Georgie was found at a gas station near Gibraltar he was bought home, and checked over by the vet he is fine although very thin , but all else ok.

He is a little sweetie, a little timid as all podenco´s are – he is small . He is about a year old, loves the car and is house clean.

Teddy was found abandoned and in a poor state. He has know been brought back to good health. He has had all his injections including rabies and has been micro chipped. He is about 15 months old and of a lovely nature.

He is friendly with all other dogs and is good with children. He is totally house trained, he is very playful, loves a ball game, he now needs a lovely home as he loves a cuddle. Foster mother has broken her leg and is desperate to re home him.

I was found in El Raso by the waste bins, on 15th April, by my new foster parents.

As you can see by my first picture I was not in good condition. With some loving care and medical attention, you can see from my second picture that I am looking much more healthy and in a few weeks I will be back to my normal self.

Please is there someone who would like to give me a new home. All medical fees are being paid for by Animal Aid.

Dog Sanctuary

Our ongoing Appeal is for the donation of land for the building of a Dog Sanctuary....more

Our eventual aim is to have dog kennels so we can house as many dogs as possible before rehoming.

At present we have to rely on foster carers until a dog can be permanently rehomed.

So the first thing we need is some land from a very kind donor or someone who could rent us some land at a reasonable cost.

Then we can fund raise for the building of dog kennels.

We will endeavor to raise funds via our appeals and until we can raise enough money, we will push forward with the Sponsor a Dog scheme.
