Please love me

My cats name is Treacle, she is now 14 years old. Unfortunately I have to go back to the UK and Treacle is too old to make the journey back. She is very healthy and has never been ill since the journey over here. She doesn't wander far, on the terrace or maybe a couple of gardens away. Treacle likes to be fussed but does not like other animals and prefers to stay out of the way of children. If you can giver her a home, please ring Lisa Button 965724805

While walking her dog back home, Sally found 3 x three day old kittens in a garbage cannister on 30th August 2008.

There they were newborns barely entering their life only to be dumped.

They are a week old today September 1st and doing beautifully, still with eyes closed, but with hardy appetites and purring for warm loving cuddles.

They will need homes urgently as the couple who found these kittens already have animals.

Anyone interested in adopting these kittens is more than welcome to see them. Please call Sally in Quesada on 966 716 613 or 637 585 689. Or email us through the website.

5.9.2008 Update

They contunue to grow by the day and are now starting to open their eyes. Their ears are perking up so they are starting to hear and see which is so funny to watch... Little bit of magic they are. They have adopted the carers' 2 yr.old Great Dane who cleans them and worries for them as their mum would do.

15.9.2008 Update

They still need to be with each other for warm cuddles, still being bottle fed, but are growing, happy and healthy. They will still need a couple of weeks together before they are grown enough to be separated. We have one family in Calpe who will be taking one but we still need homes for the other two.

3.10.08 Update

Here is an update on our lovely kittens, they are almost independent now, they gobble up their soft canned food with no hesitation, they march over to their kittie box and do their business like grown up boys. They are enjoying their playtime more and more, as their eyesight and hearing is improving daily. These lovely kittens will be ready to re home in approx 8 Days time If you would like to own one of these kittens, please ring Linda on 965725794

24.10.08

Good News. Tic has found a lovely young English couple to live with, he has all the bits and bobs any kitty could dream of having since their first kitten only lived a very short period of time. We think he will have a wonderful happy life.

Tac and Toe are together in a large 3 bed home with a sister and her brother. It is so comforting to know that they will grow up together and have for always one another to cuddle with... We feel so pleased that what started as a horrible retched life has blossomed into a fabulous loving adventure for them all.

Emergency Contact: 965725794

In the event of an animal in severe distress through injury or abandonment please contact us.

Feeding an injured animal will help it survive but it will not relieve its pain and suffering.  It must have veterinary care.

Please think twice before phoning the police about an animal you have found. The Police send the dogs to the local dog pounds where the conditions are horrific. The dogs are often left without water or food for days whilst they are queued for execution in a not very nice way. Ill animals are not given veterinary treatment. The dogs are not advertised for rehoming, nor any other steps taken.' If you want more information on this go to www.brighteyes.dk.

Donations Page now Live

We always need Foster Homes where we can place rescued dogs whilst we search for a permanent new home for them.
